SoBo Council to meet early with short agenda
South Boston Town Council, meeting earlier than usual due to next Monday s Columbus Day holiday, has a very short agenda. First off Council members will hear more about the 2008-09 Strategic Goals and Objectives from Town Manager Ted Daniel.
Secondly Council is expected to approve an amendment to the Town Code which will eliminate the purchase of vehicle decals. Instead of buying decals owners of vehicles will have the fee attached to their personal property bills which come due on Dec. 5.
As always Council has scheduled a public comment period at the end of their regular monthly meeting
